Additionally, keeping in mind the Open-and-Closed Strategy and the FAIR Principles, researchers should determine, as necessary, which research data to make public from the data they manage. However, there may be conditions or restrictions on the publication of research data due to the characteristics of the research field, international norms, domestic and foreign laws and regulations, university regulations, and collaborative research contracts.
